This month I am encouraging each one of us to develop a home practice. If you can do 10 minute of yoga a day - that is great! That could be 10 postures held for 1 minute each. So let's start!
That is all you need to do each day. Enjoy!
- clear out a space that works for you. It should be clean and clutter free. It should also have some things in it that bring you joy. I like plants, candles, and books and nice music.
- Have what you need, mat, blocks, strap and a book or print out of postures to follow.
- start with 1 minute of breathing and letting your mind connect to body,
- do your practice - 5 minutes or more.
- have a relaxation or savasana at the end
That is all you need to do each day. Enjoy!
