Meditations
Meditation is a life skill that can help you become more relaxed and enhance your understanding about yourself. It can be difficult at first but the more you practice the easier it gets.
To begin set a timer for 3 minutes (working towards 10 minutes)
1. Sit in a comfortable spot ( chair or floor)
2. Close eyes and let eyes rest at the tip of your nose or chin.
3. Breath in and out. Follow your breath in and out. Start to move the breath deeper down the body into the pelvis and back out.
4. If your mind wanders - just notice and bring it back to your breath. You may have to do this a lot at first.
5. When the timer goes off, notice how you feel and rise slowly and deiberately.
