I made a fast salad out of what was in my fridge, lettuce, peppers, avocado, shredded cabbagge, a can of tuna in olive oil (ave a step with dressing there) and a squeeze of lemon. You can use any veggies in your fridge and yumm it up!! Fast and instant energy!
