I Had A Craving For Cookies makes 13 cookies
4 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
1 1/2 cup plain oats
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 1/2 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbs honey
1/2 cup of almond milk
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup raisins
Mix first 4 ingredients well. Add honey. Add almond milk a bit at a time until you get a cookie dough consistency. Mix in walnuts and raisins.
I use an ice cream scooper to ball the cookies onto the cookie sheet.
Bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees.
Makes about 13 cookies - 80 calories per cookie at most if you want it low fat then do not use walnuts - just use raisins and you will shave off calories and fat.
