Food As Medicine
There are plenty of foods that contain magnesium, capsaicin, omega-3, and vitamin C which help to reduce inflammation, detoxify muscles, build collagen, and reduce pain in body and in head (like migranes)....so what are they?
The big one I would like to highlight is hot peppers-- not only do they have capsaicin which is an anti-inflammatory but also help to boost metabolism ---so grab a fistful and toss it into your stir fry or just make a big -nose hair burning- sinus clearing chili!
