Exercise to me is more than just moving around. Yes, when we are active- we burn calories and feel better- but when we exercise we push ourselves mentally and physically to make a change. It does not have to be long or complex but we do need to continue past the point of wanting to stop in order to be successful.
The type of exercise you need to include in your life largely depends on your goals. I am here to help you develop an exercise program to help you reach your goals. Our group workouts will combine cardio and strengh training with one yoga session for flexibility and strength. Our sessions will give you the support to help you meet your goals, become stronger mentally and physically, as well as develop friendships
